Day 21 – (09/05) Quebec, QC (Day 2)

It rained most of the night and has continued right up to the time to leave for the tour shuttle. Oh, well. It’s just water.

We took a tour that visited The Latin Quarter, Plains of Abraham, Ramparts, Château Frontenac, National Assembly, Basilica, City Hall, Place-Royal, Citadel and some of the modern city. The shuttle picked us up at the campground.

====== Update
It has rained most of the day.  Fortunately, the tour was from inside a bus.  The guide was very good   He was knowledgeable, patient and funny.  He shared a lot; we remembered a little.  The rain stopped briefly for one of our stops in the lower city.  We were able to get some pictures.

We got back to the campground around 1:30pm and were finally able to get onto the park’s Wi-Fi.  We suspect it’s possible because more than ½ the campers checked out today.  It’s slow, but good enough.

There’s lots of water standing in and around the campsites.  It looks like a night of laying low and waiting for better weather.  We’ll stay and tour some more if the weather improves tomorrow, otherwise we’ll head for Maine.
